Pricing

Please contact us immediately at ???.???.???? or at shipping@shophartfordinternational.com and we will work with you on sending out the correct item or size. When the item arrives, your package will also include a return shipping label for returning the incorrect item. You will incur no additional expense on your part for an error made on our part.


Returns

To return or exchange an item, send your invoice with the package to: Shop Hartford International 108 Madison Street, St. Louis, MO 63102. Please send information about the merchandise to be returned or exchanged and indicate if you are returning the item for a refund or exchanging it for a different color or size. Please fill out the return exchange form that is included in your original package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item. If the item purchased was a gift during the holiday season you have 30 days starting January 1 to make any returns or exchanges.

Shipping

We ship packages with USPS. Packages can take up to two weeks to arrive from the day the order is placed. 
 Larger packages may occasional ship through UPS.

All regular ground and Canadian orders are usually filled and shipped within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday. We update your order when it ships, and you will receive an e-mail letting you know your order has shipped as well as your tracking number for your package.
